Component I of EUCSS works closely together with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS), the Social Insurance Administration Centre (SIAC) and other stakeholders with a view to providing policy makers in China with best practice from the EU and concrete recommendations regarding the development of policies. Besides the consultancy work, Component 1 also organises and implements trainings related to the main fields of co-operation.
Component I of EUCSS works closely together with the National Social Security Capacity Building Center (SSCBC) and the Social Insurance Administration Center (SIAC) with a view to providing policy makers as well as managers and staff of social insurance agencies at central and provincial levels with training as well as tools and methods regarding Human Resource Development.
A partnership has been established between SSCBC and EN3S, the French national social security education institution.
Capacity building activities aim at the improvement of structures and the development of skills and abilities in an organisation with a view to enhancing results.
